Spire Norwich failed to honour their original quote and the doctor changed the surgical plan whilst my wife was on the table. Loads of stress and pain caused. Initial consultation was £200 for 5 minutes and doctor was over an hour late! Poor complaint process looked to shift blame anywhere but on themselves and never has dealt with the overcharging. Avoid!!!

After attending the Spire Hospital in Norwich several times, I like this Hospital. It feels like my friendly local hospital where I can draw confidence the highest standard of care is available. From my experience I can't identify any area of criticism except the size of the car park where it is very tight to park if a space exists.

Whilst my time in the Spire Norwich was little more than 24 hours, I was very pleased with the care and attention shown by every member of staff. I would particularly like to mention the aneathatist who was very comforting prior to surgery and popped in on the morning after ( her day off) to check that all was well.

Outpatient dept was very efficient, comfortable and staff were very pleasant. I was seen on time. The main hospital was spotlessly clean, staff very attentive and polite and answered any questions I had. They provided a very calm atmosphere, yet were quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. Cannot fault the service provided.
